Obama Administration Delays PPACA Out-of-Pocket Maximums

Written by Helen Gregg

August 13, 2013 – nother provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act has been delayed — the law’s out-of-pocket maximums for insured patients will not take effect until 2015, according to a report in The Hill.
