Patients who attended three recent open house events (one event registered 180 satisfied guests) thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to mingle with their physician and other patients in a fun, festive and casual environment. In addition, the open house demonstrated great value as a business-builder, with a number of patients’ friends and family members ultimately enrolling in the practice as a result of the experience.

Recent open house successes include:

  • Fairfield County Personal Medicine, Drs. Craig H. Olin and Remi M. Rosenberg, held a special after-hours event to welcome Dr. Joshua B. Herbert, who recently joined their practice.
  • Northern Virginia Family Practice Associates hosted an open house where patients bid farewell to retiring physician Dr. Patrick Tokarz and met healthcare providers Drs. Natasha W. Beauvais, Stephen L. Cornwell, Charles W. Gardner and Jessica Ware, PC.
  • Dominick Curatola, MD opened his new personalized care practice, internal medicine with a subspecialty in cardiology, by hosting a well-attended cocktail event.

Open-house events can also be used to showcase office remodels, new programs and as a “meet and greet” for new potential patients. At Specialdocs, we make it easy for clients to host an event by assisting with the proper planning and providing complimentary printing and mailing of invitations.
