Oklahoma City tech company Paycom leads the way for ethics policies

Paycom’s corporate ethics policy for all of its employees, executives and directors includes promoting a positive, safe work environment, avoiding questionable gifts and favors, as well as a promise to compete fairly and ethically for business opportunities.

Ethical practices are an important part of how Paycom does business, said Chad Richison, Paycom founder and CEO.

“Strong ethics and values should be cornerstones of any great business, because the trust and respect of your coworkers and clients are not automatic; they have to be earned,” Richison said. “Each of our coworkers understands that and puts it into practice.”
