MAY 13, 2015 – Dr. Eric Hochman, a Naples concierge-practice physician, was installed as president of the Collier County Medical Society, the organization announced Tuesday.
Hochman has been practicing in Naples since 2004 and recently opened his new practice, Gulfshore Concierge Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, and rheumatology.
Other Medical Society officers are: Dr. Rafael Haciski, Vice President; Dr. Catherine Kowal, Treasurer; Dr. Cesar De Leon, Secretary; Dr. Paul Dorio, Officer/Director at Large; and Dr. Eric Eskioglu and Dr. David Wilkinson, Directors at Large.
The organization has more than 500 members in Collier County. It describes its mission as the promotion of quality healthcare for all patients and to serve the needs of its members.
“This is an unprecedented time of change in medicine, affecting all aspects of medical practice,” Hochman said in a written statement. “I am honored to be elected the 58th CCMS President, and will strive to help our Medical Society continue to work for physicians and patients during this new era of health care.”
