In 2011, Doctor Evan Allen was diagnosed with hepatic steatosis (an increased buildup of fat in the liver — also known as fatty liver). Thus began his research studying various foods and their effects upon the body. His research confirmed his theory that some foods promote disease while other foods heal. He changed his diet. After six months, he lost 50 lbs. The fatty liver was gone, and the cough and wheezing he had suffered daily dissipated.

Dr. Allen is a board-certified Family Physician. He is a graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the prestigious Air Force Residency in Family Medicine at Travis Air Force Base where he received the Goff-Hougas Award.
