Welcome to a one-day intensive look at the strategy, business models used, processes, legal and practical consideration and resources used to establish highly successful subscription healthcare practices. Inside this intense one-day workshop you will learn: How Physicians and experts are creating successful subscription practices where Patients walking in the door are led to connect with their Doctor relationally and encouraged to participate in their healthcare journey.
This educational workshop is designed for Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs and administrative staff who want to investigate the feasibility of a subscription-based business model, the pros and cons, learn the basics of membership medicine, which will include instructions and teaching about: Concierge Medicine, private, direct medicine models, Employed Physician models, establish Direct Primary Care (DPC) and DPC2B models.

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
