CVS offers cannabis-based goods

CVS has started selling cannabidiol products, with topicals such as lotions and sprays offered in eight states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland and Tennessee. Cannabis retailer Curaleaf Holdings also announced its products will be sold in over 800 CVS stores. The market for CBD, which does not produce a high, has flourished since President Trump signed a farm bill in December legalizing hemp-derived CBD, with retailers including Sephora, Barneys and Neiman Marcus jumping on the trend.


CBD is being sold at the largest drugstore chain in the U.S.
