Job Requirements

We are seeking a fantastic board certified physician with either family medicine or IM/Peds certification.  Candidates will be required to have clean claims history and a minimum of 5 years of post-residency family practice experience.  Must host not less than 40 schedulable patient hours per week during posted office hours in our Fishers, IN location, while also accepting equal rotation in Q7 weekly physician call.

Duties/Responsibilities/Job Description

Our physicians practice first as a group, delivering care together across our entire population of practice members (patients) as needed.  Therein, each physician maintains a personal assigned patient population of an estimated 200 adult patients (plus possible children).  All adult patients receive an annual executive-style (est. half-day) exam, 24-hour acute care access (including same day visits, telephonic consults, and after-hours with on-call physician), and managed care coordination with brokered sub-specialty referrals as needed.  A typical day might include delivery of an annual exam & subsequent write-up, along with 4-6 acute care visits, fluid responses to incoming phone messages and patient emails, and proactive calls for friendly follow-ups and check-ins.  Call us now to learn more!
