I will openly admit, I have not been good at positive reinforcement. Often times when we are busy, we forget that we are human beings and often need a stimulus every now and then. Coincidentally in my previous article on “Being a manager of managers“, I had a small blurb around positive reinforcement when it comes to managing teams and when I wrote it, I really meant it (though I am may not be the one that’s best at it).
