About the Company
Sanctuary Functional Medicine, located in Franklin, Tennessee, seeks a physician or physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work with our current team (1 MD and 2 NPs) in caring for chronically ill patients as well as broadening reach to more optimization and prevention services. We serve those who have not found relief in the mainstream of medicine by offering a whole person, team based, root cause approach to mold and other toxins, to Lyme and other chronic infections, to GI issues like dysbiosis and leaky gut, to autoimmune diseases, to hormone imbalances, and to the broken spirits they live with. Job Requirements
In order to take advantage of this opportunity, you must have at least 4 years experience in a functional medicine setting although training and certification may offset this requirement for experience. Anything less than a worldview of commitment to excellence for a higher purpose will not thrive in this setting.
Duties/Responsibilities/Job Description
Working 4 days in clinic per week plus intermittent weekend phone triage, sharing patients with Dr. Potter and the 2 Nurse Practitioners, Kira our nutritionist, and the nursing team, the work is demanding but rewarding. You will have the opportunity to develop your experience as well as grow your compensation through opportunities in your own niche. Your skills and knowledge will grow on a weekly basis encountering the most challenging patients. Your opportunities for focus and advancement are up to you.
We see patients in person and through telemedicine as well as offer IV services in office. We use Cerbo EMR.
Compensation is commensurate with training and experience. Starting date is open beginning in March 2022 due to patient demand and scheduling. Vacation and CME accrues after initial probationary cycle. We are an equal opportunity employer.
