I absolutely love this recent post by J.Acuff on Facebook. He wrote “For some people, complaining is a hobby and if you actually fixed their problem, they’d be mad at you because you just took their hobby away.”
That’s powerful.
And, I think there’s a lot healthcare can learn from this statement.
A LOT!
Yeah, healthcare is broken. But rather than blog about it, complain at conferences and grumble in meetings about how unhappy you are, it’s time for more Doctors to step-up and “wrench on it.”
