Destination Health is a privately owned concierge practice in Southlake, Texas in the heart of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Founded in 2006, the practice is highly recognized as one of the premier clinics of its nature. This upscale socioeconomic area provides great schools, cultural events and opportunities and is about ten minutes from DFW International Airport.

This opportunity is for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to work Mon-Fri in the office during typical business hours 8a-5p. After-hours phone calls are minimal. There is currently one physician with a full patient panel and 100+ patients on a waiting list. There is no hospital work except for courtesy visits as needed.

We serve ages 15 and up and do not file to insurance. It is a membership-based practice. Patients pay an annual fee. Our focus is on wellness and longevity by lifestyle modification, nutraceuticals, leveraging technology and root-cause analysis. We provide comprehensive executive physicals, acute and chronic disease management, hormone optimization, peptide therapies, genetic evaluations, and an evidenced based heart attack and stroke prevention method. Membership is limited to allow ample time for visits and necessary follow up. We average 2-3 face-face visits each day.

We offer a starting base salary of 250K with anticipated salary of 350K+ when patient panel is filled. Other benefits include a healthcare stipend, CME stipend, malpractice and licensure fees are covered, and an opportunity to participate in retirement savings plan. Training for hormonal education and heart attack and stroke prevention method is provided.
