Today our guest is Dr. Rachel Gainsbrugh. In addition to her career in pharmacy, Dr Rachel Gainsbrugh, is the owner of Short Term Gems and has established herself in the market as the Luxury Short Term Rental host and coach for busy professionals. She’s an immigrant, a wife and mom that took a small rental and built it into a multi property seven figure real estate business. She has been hosting since 2019 and serves guests in vacation rental markets and those who need short term housing rentals for business.
Her most recent claim to fame is being casted for a TV show featuring one of her luxury short term rentals. She is also a newly minted contributing author to a new book Hospitable Hosts releasing in Spring 2022.
Given her history and experience, what she’s most passionate about is helping busy medical professionals create a profitable new income stream and full-time freedom through rental investing in lifestyle assets in the most profitable markets. Her approach is contrary to most investors – where she promotes how to own and operate the fewest number of properties that generate the highest profitability. She’s on a personal lifetime mission to impact the financial literacy of over 1M women.
When she is not sharing short-term rentals on social media, weekly live webinars, guest podcasting, or public speaking at summits, she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, 2 boys, and 2 fur-babies!
