We make it easy for you to be the physician you were meant to be, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced. Modern medicine, good old-fashioned care.

  • M-F Office hours
  • Medical assistant to triage calls
  • In suite labs, EKG, spirometry, etc.
  • Administrative tasks managed centrally

The ideal candidate will have: 
  1. Clinical competency in the field of primary care internal medicine or family medicine
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  3. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills
  4. Effective leadership and organization skills
  5. Proficiency in the use of computers
  6. Knowledge of confidentiality/HIPAA
  7. Ability to create a safe, effective, collaborative working environment
  8. Capability to obtain malpractice insurance and medical license in IL

Duties/Responsibilities/Job Description

Each physician is expected to:
  1. Build their practice to a peak panel of 200+ patients
  2. See patients in the office M-F, with rare but as-needed visits on the weekend. No formal inpatient responsibilities
  3. Be accessible to their small panel of patients for urgent matters 24/7, unless on vacation or being covered by another physician
  4. Express a willingness to engage in all aspects of patient care as needed: fitness testing, EKG acquisition, spirometry, phlebotomy, etc.
  5. Leverage exceptional administrative and clinical staff support in care of their patients
  6. Support collaborative care by maintaining patient records
  7. Build and maintain skill set via ongoing CME and board certification
