Several years ago, Catherine Sykes and Michael Tetreault created Concierge Medicine Today to fill an information void he found when he began researching concierge medicine and retainer-based medicine in Atlanta, GA. They found that there was no central repository of concierge medicine, direct primary care or retainer-based information anywhere on the internet, and with that, the idea for Concierge Medicine Today (CMT), Concierge Medicine Canada, The Direct Primary Care Journal and The Concierge Medicine Research Collective were born. Concierge Medicine Today (and affiliated trade journal publications) are multi-faceted, multi-media news and reporting organizations with experienced journalists dedicated to covering this industry and have over half-a-million readers worldwide, most of whom are physicians across the U.S. Concierge Medicine Today and its affiliated publications are now read regularly in over 120 countries.
