MOVING to WINTER 2020: Our September LIVE Conference Has Moved to Winter 2020, … New Dates, Nov 12-14, 2020 in Atlanta, GA USA
“We’re pleased to inform you that our speakers and team are continuing to move forward with our November 12-14, 2020 live event and workshops … with added and appropriate safety measures in place, of course.”
By Michael Tetreault, Editor-in-Chief, Host, the Concierge Medicine Forum
August 21, 2020
We’re very pleased by the calm, cautious and positive collective feedback a majority of Physicians have provided our team with about COVID-19, comfort levels, safety measures and the importance of our live, clinical education Forum held each year in Atlanta, GA USA.
Our 2020 Sponsors | Thank you for your support!
“I’m happy to report that we will continue to move forward with our Atlanta-based, November 12-14, 2020 live event and educational workshops … on cancer detection, membership/subscription-based medicine delivery trends, radiology innovation, peptides, IV Nutrition, leadership and finance instruction For Doctors and more … with appropriate and added safety measures in place to enjoy our *socially distanced* time together.”
We want to personally thank you for your guidance in these important decisions over the past few weeks. What we do for you we take very seriously. We hear you. We see you and We are FOR YOU. You’ve heard us say before, ‘The goal isn’t physical or digital … the goal is impact.’ And, this year more than ever, it’s an important time for us all to impact and encourage one another.
I’m glad you asked. 🙂
Bob Goff is one of our personal favorite speakers and authors. In his book, Everybody, Always: Becoming Love in a World Full of Setbacks and Difficult People he writes … “we’re all rough drafts of the people we’re still becoming.”
We’re all living in uncertain times. Uncertainty is only met best with preparation.
We want Doctors to be prepared and inspired to keep up the fight that surrounds you and for which you have trained for — as the next round of challenges and opportunities come into your community, your State and possibly right into your medical practice tomorrow morning.
Gamble, MD: “The Imposter of COVID-19.”
You’ve let us know about your enthusiasm for this event being physical over virtual. And you’ve told us about your continued fatigue with Zoom calls, virtual data dump conferences and the need to connect with your peers again that isn’t in a digital format. We understand the various comfort levels for live events this year and have put in place with our team various measures to enjoy this unique event safely. Seating may look creative this year, as it should. We’re all seeing creative ways to connect with others safely in our own cities happening right now.
As another speaker recently said “A new normal is coming. If we’re wise, we’ll reflect on what we’ve learned and what we want to carry forward.”
We couldn’t agree more.
Our venue is ready for you.
We’ll be ready to greet you.
Our speakers and faculty will be prepared to meet you too!

About the Concierge Medicine Forum
If you’re looking for a generic, plain old clinical education conference or everyone to agree with you and say these are the latest and greatest “best practices’,” our Forum isn’t for you. If you want to get straight to the good stuff—real-life, practical practice insights from world-class Doctors and experts in Concierge Medicine —the CMT Concierge Medicine Forum is right for you. The Concierge Medicine Forum by Concierge Medicine Today (CMT) provides Doctors with an in-depth look into one of the most unique environments in healthcare, Concierge Medicine. We’ll unpack the strategies for creating a medical practice people absolutely love to talk about and the essential ingredients for creating irresistible patient environments. Designing these environments with Patients in mind means that we pay attention to how we talk — avoiding tribal, medical-ese or insider language Patients don’t understand or use. It also means we care about what the physical setting is communicating. Concierge Doctors understand that ‘the more personal you are, the more memorable you become.’ And when a Patient feels appreciated, they always do more than is expected. This ultimately leads to dramatic health and lifestyle changes for the better. For Doctors willing to tackle the challenge of transitioning, experts will share their insights and opportunities that exist.
Rescheduling/Cancellation and Refund Policy
CMF event ticket purchases are transferrable if you are unable to attend. In the case an event has to be cancelled with no plan to reschedule, tickets purchased will be refunded. If an event gets postponed, moved to a virtual platform/event or rescheduled to a future date, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date. For 2020 Terms and Conditions, click here. Please refer to this web site (www.ConciergeMedicineFORUM.com) for any updates and/or additional information about our upcoming events or announcements.
Our additional safety precautions may include:
- At-the-door temperature checks;
- Social distancing followed throughout your time in the event/facility;
- Masks will be available upon request at the registration/lobby area;
- Increased cleaning measure enhancements with longer breaks in-between sessions for cleaning;
- Hand sanitizing stations;
- Increased attentiveness/cleaning of the restrooms throughout the event, etc.
Safety Guidelines are being analyzed on a city-by-city/week-to-week basis to align with the guidance given by local and state authorities, as well as the CDC.
We care about your health and safety. The Forsyth Conference Center is a State facility and follows State/CDC Safety Guidelines. We (CMT) are very fortunate to be partnered with them each year. The State Guidelines recommend we encourage Safe Social Distancing, evaluate our room design/layouts routinely throughout the next few weeks/months and we continue to work closely with our space planning and design team to ensure a safe and fun event. We will follow all necessary guidelines to make sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the event. Please refer to http://www.ConciergeMedicineFORUM.com for any updates and/or additional information about our upcoming events. We can’t wait to see you in the next few weeks!
