Job Requirements/Education & Training:

• MD or DO degree with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• 5+ years post-residency experience preferred
• Chief Resident, fellowships, or additional training in preventive/functional medicine valued

Certification & Licensure:

• Board-certified or eligible
• Current or eligible state medical license

Preferred Strengths:

• Passion for preventive and longevity medicine (research/publications a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extended visits (up to 2 hours for initial consults) to deeply understand each patient’s story and goals.
• Develop tailored preventive and longevity-focused strategies using genomics, MRI, wearables, and advanced lab testing.
• Shape and refine clinical protocols, integrating AI tools while maintaining a human-first approach.
• Educate patients on lifestyle optimization (nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep).
• Collaborate with wellness advisors, specialists, and AI-enhanced support teams.
• Provide same-day appointments and responsive communication through a hybrid care model.
