Our subscription-based practice model offers an alternative to traditional primary care medicine. With our subscription-based model, our physicians are able to focus on the full breadth of their medical expertise and training with a defined panel of patients, allowing you more time, greater understanding and more opportunity to proactively help your patients achieve their health goals.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, experienced, proactive, and personable physician who is passionate about patient care and has at least 5 years of clinical experience. This candidate is a great communicator, efficient, detail-oriented and enjoys extended time with practice members.

Position Highlights:

• The new Fort Mill practice is slated to open in Summer 2025
• Maintain roughly 11-14 patient visits per day.
• Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with one half-day per week.
• Manage call for your own patients Monday to Friday during the day. After hours call will be routed through the central team. Rotating nighttime and weekend call with practice partner.
• Small, established patient panel
• Focus on patient care and prevention
