Join OptumMD as a Physician, initially as a part-time role then to a full-time role and assume a key position in delivering exceptional care. Lead a dedicated team in crafting proactive, personalized health experiences for our members. Requirements/Education & Training:

• MD or DO degree with residency in Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Family Medicine
• Over 3 years of experience post-residency preferred Additional training in preventive, hormone therapy, or functional medicine is valued.
• Certification & Licensure: Board-certified in specialty Current GA state medical license
• Preferred Strengths: Enthusiasm for preventive and longevity medicine is advantageous. Outstanding communication skills—warm, empathetic, and clear.
• Dedication to personal wellness, aligning with the lifestyle we advocate.
• Proficient with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive initial consultations to thoroughly assess each patient’s objectives and health status. Formulate individualized strategies emphasizing prevention and longevity. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep optimization. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including dietitians, physical therapists, and mental health specialists, to develop customized patient care plans. Offer same-day appointments and ensure prompt and effective communication.
