The Concierge Medicine Forum is building another great faculty lineup for CMF 2026 — and speaker proposals are due April 1.

Every year, we run every submission through the same filter: is this person actually doing the work? We receive proposals from physicians, practice leaders, care team members, and industry experts across the country and more.

What’s great about CMF speakers each year is these are people shaping the future of healthcare, leading their peers and colleagues in conversations that have Monday morning applicability and best of all, they found something that works — and are willing to stand in front of a room of their peers and explain exactly how they did it.

Who We’re Looking For

We want the physician who keeps patients coming back — and can explain specifically why.

We want the practice leader who rebuilt their onboarding from scratch, made it work, and is ready to share what they learned.

We want the care team member who changed one thing about how their practice communicates — internally or with patients — and watched retention climb as a result.

We want the industry expert who understands this space better than almost anyone — and who brings to the stage a genuine heart for physicians, for their patients, and for the future of care that membership medicine is helping to build.

“That is who moves a room,” says Michael Tetreault, Editor-In-Chief of Concierge Medicine Today and Host of the Concierge Medicine Forum. “That is who changes how a practice operates and keeps patients coming back again and again. And, that is who earns a spot on the CMF stage.”
