What you get:

  • A panel you can actually know. You’ll build a practice of approximately 225 patients — not 2,000. You’ll know their names, their families, their goals, and their health histories without flipping through a chart for 90 seconds before walking in the door. Our model and support provide more time to think about your patients. Less time doing things that have nothing to do with care.
  • The tools to practice real medicine. Fitness testing, spirometry, EKGs, body composition, IV therapy, executive physicals, preventive care planning — you’ll have the clinical scope and administrative support to do the work that actually moves the needle on your patients’ health.
  • A team that has your back. Exceptional clinical, administrative, marketing, and support staff. Most importantly, a collaborative group of physicians who share knowledge, cover each other, and push the science forward together.
  • Salary is competitive and commensurate with the model, with industry-high upside, and is guaranteed while building practice. Benefits include relocation expenses. Health, vision, and dental insurance. STD, LTD insurance, and paid family leave. Retirement plan with a match. CME. Vacation. Others.
