Job Requirements:

• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Have or be able to obtain a Florida medical license
• 3 or more years of experience in the Concierge, Executive Medicine, or primary care setting.
• Concierge medicine experience preferred

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality internal medicine care within the Mayo Clinic 365 Concierge Medicine Program
• Deliver highly personalized, patient-centered care in a private office setting
• Manage a defined patient panel to ensure continuity, accessibility, and individualized attention
• Offer same-day and acute care visits to address patients’ immediate and ongoing clinical needs
• Build strong physician–patient relationships through proactive communication and tailored care plans
• Uphold and practice according to the Mayo Model of Care, emphasizing collaboration, compassion, and excellence
• Contribute to a service-oriented care environment focused on enhancing the patient experience
• Participate in ongoing care management to support long-term patient health and wellness
