We are excited to share that the agenda for the 2026 Concierge Medicine Forum is now live and ready. This year is special because it marks the 10th annual gathering (20 years as the trade publication) of physicians, nurses, PAs, and practice teams building sustainable, relationship-driven medicine, and we could not be more energized about what is ahead, with over 30 speakers across 2.5 days of programming.
“It [CMF 2026] is simply a reminder that joy and difficulty are not opposites, and that physicians do not have to wait FOR the hard parts to end before they are allowed to feel it.” ~Michael Tetreault, CMF 2026 Host

The Theme
This year’s theme: “In It FOR the Joy!”
This year’s theme came together from a few different vantage points, and each one adds something the others don’t:
- First, there is the founder’s view: ten years in, the honest reason anyone keeps building something this hard is not the metrics or the growth charts, it is the joy of the work itself, the relationships, and watching physicians reclaim a version of medicine they actually love.
- Second, there is the business-practice-builder’s view: the physicians and teams who have made the transition to their version of concierge medicine consistently describe the same thing on the other side of it, not just better margins or more time, but a return of joy to the daily practice of medicine, something many had quietly given up on.
- Finally, and there is a broader view worth sitting with, one that comes from people who have written and spoken publicly at CMF over the years about finding joy inside hardship rather than after it, on the far side of difficulty. That perspective matters at CMF because building a sustainable practice is genuinely hard, and our theme this October is not asking anyone to pretend otherwise.
Editor-In-Chief, conference organizer and Host, Michael Tetreault said “It is simply a reminder that joy and difficulty are not opposites, and that physicians do not have to wait FOR the hard parts to end before they are allowed to feel it. Put together, ‘In It FOR the Joy’ is less a theme and more a standing invitation: to build something sustainable, and to actually enjoy building it.”
The Details
CMF 2026 runs October 15-17, 2026, at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College in Cumming, GA, just outside Atlanta. As always, the conference is hosted, organized, and produced by Concierge Medicine Today.
The annual industry conference and gathering opens with two pre-conference workshops on Thursday, October 15, covering the fundamentals of membership medicine and how practice marketing builds real referrals and reputation strength in a local community. The main educational program follows, with sessions built around practice model clarity, patient retention strategy, and the personal stories of physicians and teams who have lived the transition to a membership-based model, all delivered by a faculty of more than 30 speakers across 2.5 days!
What to Expect
CMF has never been built as a sales stage, and 2026 is no different. This is a room #FORDoctors, FOR your team, FOR your spouse and so many others who are doing the hard, honest work in healthcare of building something that lasts. The educational sessions and speakers chosen reflect what physicians and their teams are actually asking about right now: how the model works day to day, what pricing and staffing decisions look like in practice, and how retention is built through relationship rather than marketing spend, and more.
CMFs Exhibitor Hall also runs alongside the educational program, giving all attendees a chance to explore new tech, examine features of innovative EHR platforms, meet with industry leadership shaping these models, learn about new membership management software, medical devices, patient communication tools, and even financial services specifically built FOR this space, on your own schedule, separate from the main educational content.
Why This Conference Matters
Concierge Medicine Today exists to help physicians and their care teams build sustainable, relationship-driven practices that improve patient care, prolong careers in medicine, and build the future culture of healthcare. CMF is where that mission comes to life in person, once a year, in one room. It is a place built around a simple idea: physicians learn best from other physicians, knowledge experts, and industry leaders who bring real operational experience rather than just theory.
If you have been thinking about whether concierge or membership medicine is the right path for your practice, or if you are already practicing and looking to grow through reputation rather than marketing spend, this is where those questions get real answers.
