About the Practice/Organization: 

Blue Ridge Premiere Medicine is seeking a full-time Concierge Primary Care Physician to join a new outpatient practice Plateau Concierge Medicine in Cashiers, North Carolina.

Job Requirements:

• Board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to manage a small patient panel with high responsiveness – managing referrals and coordinating with specialists
• Excellent verbal communication skills, bedside manners, and ability to build long-term relationships
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Incoming physician will join a new concierge service with 2 Physicians, 2 RNs, and an Office Manager
• Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm; every other Friday 8 am – 1 pm
• Patients will have direct access to the physician with 24/7 access via phone, patient portal, or email, and offer weekday same-day or next-day appointments for acute issues
• Extended appointments allowing for unhurried visits (45–90 minutes)
• Community Privileges at Highlands Cashiers hospital, no admitting privileges
• Athena EMR
