This membership program offers patients 24/7 access to their Compass care team, flexible scheduling options, and access to enhanced care navigation services to coordinate referrals and appointments with Cedars-Sinai specialists. Cedars-Sinai Compass also supports other high-touch care delivery and care coordination programs for key health system initiatives and joint ventures involving patients with complex care needs.

Job Requirements: 

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine.
• 3+ years of experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in an Executive Health or membership-based clinical practice preferred.
• Interest in Women’s Health is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities / The ideal physician candidate will:

• Provide personalized, high-touch primary care;
• Deliver customized annual preventive Executive physicals for both domestic and international patients;
• Manage a reduced patient panel, ensuring ample time and attention to meet each patient’s unique needs;
• Build lasting physician-patient relationships throughout the care journey;
• Collaborate with a robust interdisciplinary team to care for patients holistically;
• Demonstrate a commitment to innovation in preventive medicine;
• Actively support the growth and development of the Executive Health and Compass programs.
