Do you love medicine or do you love documenting for insurance companies? We’re membership-based and cash-pay. We don’t bill insurance for our services. No coding. You chart for the patient, not for the claim.

Our patients keep their insurance for what happens downstream — labs, imaging, specialists, prescriptions — so that machinery still exists. The difference is who touches it: prior authorizations and referral logistics belong to our staff, not to your personal time.

ABOUT THREE RIVERS

Three Rivers Concierge Medicine is a locally owned concierge primary care practice serving St. Louis and West County from our Creve Coeur office. Fewer patients, more time, better medicine. Our patients get same- or next-day appointments, which only works if the physician has a reasonable number of patients.

Job Requirements:

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• – Active Missouri license, or license-eligible with willingness to obtain before start
• 3+ years in primary care, or a recent graduate whose training and references make the case
• Genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and the concierge model
• Interest in preventive, longevity, hormone, or metabolic medicine — or the appetite to build it
• The kind of bedside manner that makes people want to keep you as their doctor for twenty years

THE CARE

The scope here is wider than most primary care, because the schedule allows it:

• Longevity and preventive medicine, with advanced screening panels and in-office diagnostics
• Physician-supervised hormone therapy for men and women — testosterone and perimenopause care managed inside a continuous primary care relationship, not referred out to a standalone clinic
• Physician-led weight management, including GLP-1 therapy with real metabolic monitoring rather than a prescription and a follow-up in six months
• Body composition analysis and nutrition counseling
• Chronic disease management — hypertension, diabetes, asthma, obesity — with the time it takes to do it properly

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of patients you will get to know.
• Manage chronic disease with the time it takes to do it properly.
• Coordinate specialist referrals with support staff who carry the logistics.
• Maintain accurate records with timely follow-up.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $250,000 guaranteed base salary — not a draw, not production-dependent
• Panel incentive: additional $10,000 for every 100 patients on your panel, up to 500 — $300,000 at full panel.
• 401(k) with employer contribution – Health insurance – Dental and vision
• $3,500 annual CME allowance plus paid CME days, separate from vacation
• Malpractice coverage at $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate — including tail coverage, paid by the practice
• 4 weeks paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays – One day per month serving a local charity — paid time, not personal time
